Rodneys is a first class bar with an excellent choice of wine, local beers, spirits and cocktails, although busy its easy to get served. The food is delicious and the place and staff are super friendly. The only down side on th Saturday nite we went was the over enthusiastic DJ. who must hav been stone deaf.

Rodney’s Bait and Tackle bar. “ What beer do you recommend?” “It depends what you like” “What beer do you like?” “Ohhhh noooo. It’s not what I like it’s what you like” “I’m prepared to take the risk”. “I don’t know you. I’m non confrontational “ “Do I look confrontational?” “I don’t know you!” “ You are not very trusting! “ “ What! Ohhhhh I am!” Gen Y!

This is a quirky little bar with a friendly & welcoming vibe and a great selection of local craft beers (local WA that is). The fishing theme is apparent from the decor to the actual bar which is a repurposed boat. I was in there on a Saturday night and it was busy without being rammed and easy enough to get a drink although I would think you would need to get there early to get a table. Very friendly and knowledgeable bar staff and live music make this a great place to hang out and I will certainly be back.

Gorgeously decorated small bar with great specials (I had a lovely steak sandwich with chips for $22, their usual Wednesday deal). Bartender Jacob was delightful and friendly. The wood fire being lit early added even more atmosphere.

Strolled for some 'refreshments' before heading out to a social club function around the corner. Firstly, what a great and relaxed vibe this place has! It's happy hour! $5 Super lager, house wine and bubbles. $8 Seahorse Pale Ale and spirits. 5-6pm. Bargain. The food menu is exactly what you want to eat while having a few drinks. The drink menu is large, very large! Whites, reds, rise, bubbles. And the amount of spirits on offer will have to satisfy the fussy drinkers out there. More friends have turned up! A great start to the night.
