A nicely renovated hotel with great service. Nice rooms as you would expect, did exactly what they said they would.Location to the main area of Perth is an easy walk as well as the mint and ferry. Bar food was great value and large portions. Happy hour well worth it! Thanks for a lovely stay.

We’re here celebrating our anniversary and we wanted a hotel that was affordable and lovely. The staff are amazing and the hotel itself is beautiful. We’re currently in one of the newer rooms on level 23 and the views are magical. Our only regret is that we didn’t budget for breakfast one morning, because other guests have told us how wonderful it is. We have taken the self parking option and have never had a problem finding a spot. If I could give this hotel a rating greater than 5 then I would. My wife used the gym every day and we both used the pool. Excellent hotel. We also took advantage one evening of the room service and the food and service was excellent. What a great hotel and not too far from the heart of the CBD.

My families and I enjoyed our 4 nights stay at Pan Pacific Perth. We were greeted by Miss Srini and she carried out a very good check in. We had 2 refurbished rooms on 20th floor. The rooms are great. The breakfast was served with nice food and nice people. We loved the fresh fruits juices and fried rice. We met a cheerful Miss Susan who is very sociable and added flavour to our breakfast. Miss Maarja is very attentive and caring, she adviced us to carry umbrellas and she made sure it can handle the winds. Mr Grant is a happy man. Great to chat with him The duty manager Mr Lobzang is very efficient and quick. He moved me to another room very quickly because my neighbour was making lots of noise. The check out was very smooth and Miss Louisa did a great job. Most importantly Mr Rohan Coutinho the Guest Experience Manager. We had a good chat over my concerns about getting a maxi cab at 0300 to the airport. He addressed my concerns and we got to the airport on time. He made follow up. We had a great time at Pan Pacific Perth

Keep away from this hotel while the renovations are ongoing. The prices charged don’t reflect the level of disturbance you will be subjected to. There are lots of other great hotel options nearby. The score given reflects the current situation at the hotel. Perhaps it would be a different story after the renovations have been completed but for the time being, avoid.

4 days of being woken by pneumatic drilling above our heads. Arrived last Friday and our Pacific Club Suite was allocated on the 7th floor. As soon as I entered our room I could hear pneumatic drilling and headed to the Pacific Club lounge to find out what was going on. Well I was then informed the hotel is undergoing refurbishment and has been since May 2023. No notification of this whatsoever on the GHA website that I booked through and certainly no notification on my booking confirmation when I booked in February. Mina in the Club lounge offered to show me one of the refurbished rooms on a higher floor but also informed me that they were only classic & premium rooms - no suites. We decided to stay where we were as we like our space - big mistake. At 7.30am ON THE DOT EVERY DAY the drilling starts & doesn’t stop. I swear the guys sit up there with a cup of tea in one hand and hammer in the other waiting for 7.30am! Even on SUNDAY when they are not supposed to be working the drilling started (a call to reception stopped that but sleep had already been disrupted so no other option than to get up). I did speak with the duty manager about the renovation work and stressed it is really poor form not to inform guests prior to their stay. I know it falls on deaf ears though as all the hotel is interested in is getting paying guests through the door. Btw the rates aren’t discounted because of the renovation work! $400+ for a continuous headache. He did inform me that a notice regarding the renovation works was posted on their website but that was of no use to me as I booked through their loyalty program and it is most definitely not posted on there. I did also check some travel search engine sites just out of interest & nope nothing on any of them neither 👎👎👎 So my 2 points for this review go to Mina and Rebecca in the Pacific Club lounge. Very friendly, efficient staff and a pleasure to chat to. Thank god we check out today to stay at another hotel (our visit to Perth was split into two 4 night stays in different hotels) - here’s hoping for some lovely peace & quiet at the next one…. 🤞
